MAXI DELTA CLUTCH ® MALOSSI PATENTED Automatic clutch with variable adjustment. Clutches with asbestos-free friction material and patented control device. Depending on the scooter model, the MAXI DELTA CLUTCH allows for 3 to 9 different settings simply by adjusting three screws, and 9 to 27 variations by replacing the springs and adjustment weights; this makes it possible to define as many RPM ranges for the clutch engagement point to optimize starting acceleration. The perfect tuning of the automatic system is fundamental for a good start and for acceleration out of tight corners at low speed. The advantages of this clutch compared to those of standard scooters are also enormous for a road vehicle, as they allow for fine adjustments across a wide engine speed range. An optimal racing setting is achieved using extensive accessories for the Maxi Delta Clutch. Malossi develops, selects the materials, produces, and tests these patented Maxi Delta Clutch units, which are used for everything from city traffic and sport motorcycles to professional racing. Upon request, accessory kits are supplied with components for personal customization, allowing for a comprehensive expansion of the Maxi Delta Clutch adjustment range. There are no approval issues, as the clutch only affects acceleration and not top speed.
